This website is hosted on Noiseyard and is managed by the artist. This Privacy Policy explains how data may be collected and used when you visit this website.

1. Personal Information

If you enter your email address (for example, to join a mailing list or place an order), it may be collected and stored by Noiseyard. The artist may use this information to contact you directly.
In some cases, Noiseyard may send emails on behalf of the artist - for example, order confirmations, welcome emails, or other communications related to your interaction with the site.
Noiseyard does not sell or share your email address with third parties.

2. Visitor Data and Analytics

Noiseyard automatically collects basic analytics data when you visit this website - such as page views, visitor counts, and track plays. This data is collected in aggregate to help artists understand how their website is performing.
This data does not include personally identifying information.

3. Payments

Payments on this website are processed securely through Stripe. No credit card details or payment information are stored on this website or by Noiseyard. All transactions are handled directly between the visitor and the artist via Stripe.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website may use tracking technologies like Meta Pixel (provided by Meta/Facebook) if the artist has enabled it. Meta Pixel helps the artist understand how visitors interact with the website (such as page visits or actions taken) for analytics and advertising purposes.

Noiseyard does not store or process Meta Pixel data.
No other cookies are used by default on this site.
If Meta Pixel is enabled, you’ll be shown a cookie consent banner. Tracking will only occur if you accept.

You can learn more about Meta’s data practices here.

5. Data Retention

Email addresses and interaction data may be stored as long as the artist actively manages their website or mailing list through Noiseyard. You can request that your information be deleted at any time (see below).

6. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access your personal data, request corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. To exercise any of these rights, please contact the artist directly.

7. Contact

For any questions about how your data is used on this site, please contact the artist directly.
